Halle Berry’s Abs Are On Full Display In Low-Cut Jumpsuit On IG

  • Halle Berry is a true fashion and fitness icon in her newest Instagram post, where she is showing off her toned AF abs in a low-cut V-neck jumpsuit.
  • At 55, Halle crushes circuit workouts with her trainer, Peter Lee Thomas, on the reg.
  • While she doesn’t have a sweet tooth, she definitely loves to treat herself to a post-dinner glass of red wine.

Halle Berry is making 2022 the year of the jumpsuit. In a new Instagram post, the 55-year-old actress is wearing a super low-cut (almost to her belly button!), long-sleeved, sequined AMEN jumpsuit. The whole thing is just…wow. Halle accessorized her ‘fit with gold heels and a gold and diamond Mara Paris cross necklace. And her abs are looking *very* toned.

“Life ain’t always perfect but this damn jumpsuit is 👏🏽,” she captioned the pic. And I’m going to have to agree with her there.

Actress Gabrielle Union commented, “Yes maam,” and model Heidi Klum wrote, “WOW 😍”. Another commenter simply responded, “Sheeeeeesssshhhhh!!!! 😍😍😍.”

Halle told Women’s Health that these circuit training workouts, which are 20 minutes or less, are her favorite.

“Usually, I’ll do circuits of five or six exercises and churn through one after another, going as hard as I can for a set amount of time so I don’t have to count reps,” she said. “Sometimes we use all bodyweight moves; other times I’m upping the intensity with equipment like my ankle weights.”

Halle also gets moving outside and recently shared pics of herself skateboarding. Her ultra-toned legs were on full display.

In conjunction with her workouts, Halle fuels her body through a keto diet. She shared with Women’s Health in 2020 that “after being diagnosed with diabetes at 22, I adopted what I now know was basically a keto diet.”

“My doctors told me I’d have to keep an eye on how I ate to stay healthy, and I took it to heart,” she said. “I wanted to get off of insulin, so I decided to say goodbye to processed carbs and sugar like baked goods and white bread—and it has seriously paid off.”

For breakfast, Halle makes herself a bulletproof coffee “with butter, MCT oil, and collagen; sometimes a bit of cream.”

Lunch is usually a big salad. “I always start with lots of greens, then add veggies like tomatoes, olives, and green and red peppers. From there, avocado and some sort of vinaigrette dressing made with olive oil and spices add healthy fats,” she previously told Women’s Health. “I top it all off with some sort of protein, like shrimp, chicken, beef, lamb, or fish.” And she chooses plant-based meals for dinner.

However, one of Halle’s fave treats is a good glass of wine. “I don’t really have a sweet tooth at all anymore—really, you could put cake in front of me and I wouldn’t want it—but I do really enjoy a glass of red wine after dinner,” she told Women’s Health.

    Cheers to that, Halle!
